How fast does the missed-call text-back fire?

Typically under 30 seconds. The moment Cajoon detects a missed call on your business line, the auto-text routes out. We can also configure delays for specific scenarios (after-hours templates, different scripts for new vs. existing patients), but the default is fast on purpose. Speed-to-response is the single biggest driver of lead conversion.

Does Cajoon run my ad campaigns, or just integrate with them?

Both options exist. The Cajoon platform handles the lead-capture side: click-to-message destinations, source attribution, and conversation routing. We have a managed-ads offering for practices that want the campaigns themselves run by our team, but that's a separate engagement. If you already work with an agency or run ads in-house, Cajoon plugs in without changing how the ads are managed.

What does the web chat widget look like on my site?

It's a small chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of every page. Your branding, your colors, your practice's voice. Visitors can open it to start a conversation, share their phone number, and continue by SMS. No app downloads, no portal logins.

How do I know which channel is bringing in patients?

Every lead is tagged with its source automatically: missed call from which number, Instagram ad from which campaign, web chat from which page. The pipeline dashboard breaks this down so you can see what's working and what isn't. You'll know whether to spend more on ads or invest in another channel.

What if a lead replies after hours?
